Questions we are often asked
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. The lift works by appointment so two cars do not land on the same block. Urgent work inside opening hours we try to fit. If that fails, we call with the next time.
Do you do the APK test?
We prepare the car: lights, tyres, brakes, play and a scan. The official test is done at an RDW-approved station. SnelFix is not a test authority.
Which vehicles do you take?
Passenger cars and light commercials that fit a normal lift. Not heavy trucks or farm vehicles. If unsure, put make, model and height in the form.
Can recovery come at night?
Yes, by arrangement, including weekends and public holidays, in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe. The request does not use the lift diary. You see the route on the map. We confirm the price afterwards. This site has no automatic per-kilometre tariff.
Which languages can I use?
Dutch, English, Russian and Ukrainian. The site follows. On the phone you can start in the same languages; we pass you on if a technician speaks another one.
How do I move or cancel?
Call or message the number on the site and quote the confirmation code. Cancelling is free until 24 hours before. After that a missed visit can be charged. The workshop can also move the booking in the panel.
Terms and warranty
Appointments
A booking on this site is a request. The visit stands once the workshop confirms it, by phone, WhatsApp or in the panel. Until then the block can still be refused if the vehicle does not fit or the fault needs the other branch.
Prices
Amounts on the site are from-prices in euro, for the labour that line describes, excluding unusual parts. An empty price means we see the car first. The final price is agreed before parts are ordered or a large strip-down starts.
Warranty
Labour carries a three-month warranty from the day the car leaves the lift. Parts follow the supplier's warranty. There is no warranty for consequential damage from driving on after written advice not to, for wear already noted and left unrepaired, or for an accessory the client supplied that does not suit this car.
Cancellation
Cancel or move free of charge until 24 hours before the booked block. After that a missed visit can be charged the reserved hour. Recovery requests are cancelled while the truck has not yet rolled.
APK and recovery
APK preparation is not the official test and not an RDW sign-off. Recovery and transport are a separate job. The route on this site is a map link without a paid distance measurement. The price of a run is confirmed before we drive, unless it is an acute unsafe situation and you agree a guide price by phone.
Law
Dutch law applies to the visit. We put a dispute to each other first. If that fails, the competent court is in the district of the garage you chose.
Privacy
Controller
SnelFix Auto, Kromme Esse 4e, 2741 KP Waddinxveen, the Netherlands, phone +31 6 13044422, is the controller for booking and transport data. A separate email address is not published; access or erasure requests can go through that phone number or WhatsApp.
Which data
Name, phone number in international format, email if you give one, make, model, year, registration, description of the fault, chosen garage, date and time, and photos you attach. For transport also pickup and delivery, whether the car runs and whether it is urgent.
Why
To carry out the visit, find the car on a return visit, organise a recovery run and keep the lift from being booked twice. The basis is the contract you request, and the legitimate interest in not planning the lift twice for the same hour.
Retention
We keep booking data for 24 months after the visit, longer only if a tax duty requires it. Photos with a request are deleted when the job is finished or when you ask. Transport requests follow the same period.
Sharing
We do not sell data. Hosting is at Cloudflare, with encryption on the connection. A Telegram or email notice to the workshop itself leaves only if the owner has connected it with their own key. That key is not in the site and not in the customer's browser.
Rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability via +31 6 13044422 or WhatsApp. A complaint can also go to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. In the browser we keep no customer data beyond the admin session cookie.
